Instructions

Remove the sinews from the chicken tenderloin, butterfly them open, and flatten thinly.

Place the shiso leaves and mashed pickled plum on top, then roll them up tightly.

Arrange them on a heatproof dish, sprinkle with sake, cover with cling film, and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes.

Once cooled slightly, slice and serve.
