Ingredients

White fish (cod or flounder)2 pieces
Soy sauce2 tbsp
Mirin2 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Water100ml
Ginger1 piece

Instructions

    Add water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and thinly sliced ginger to a pot and bring to a boil.

    Add the fish, cover with a drop lid, and simmer for 15 minutes over a low heat.
