Ingredients

Egg1
Canned chopped tomatoes1/2 can (200g)
Onion1/4
Red pepper1/4
Garlic1/2 clove
Cumin powder1/4 tsp
Paprika powder1/4 tsp
Salt and pepperA pinch

Instructions

    Finely chop the onion and red pepper, then sauté them with garlic in a non-stick pan.

    Add the canned chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, and paprika powder, then simmer for 10 minutes.

    Make a well, crack in the egg, then cover and poach over low heat for 3 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper, and serve with bread.
