Sprinkle salt on the cod, let it sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry.

Purge the clams of sand.

In a non-stick pan, sauté the sliced garlic over low heat, then add the cod and lightly sear both sides.

Add the clams, halved cherry tomatoes, white wine, and water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Once the clams open, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley to finish.
