Ingredients

White fish fillet1 fillet (120g)
Dashi stock200ml
Soy sauce2 tsp
Mirin1 tsp
Mitsubaa little

Instructions

    Sprinkle a little salt on the white fish, leave for 5 minutes, then pat dry.

    Bring the dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin to a boil in a pot. Add the fish, cover with a drop lid, and simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.

    Serve in a bowl and garnish with mitsuba.
