Ingredients

White Fish (e.g., Sea Bream, Flounder)1 fillet (120g)
Sake1 tbsp
Spring Onion1/4 stalk
Ponzu Sauce1.5 tbsp
Shiso Leaves2 leaves

Instructions

    Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the white fish, leave for 10 minutes, then pat dry.

    Arrange the thinly sliced spring onion in a heatproof dish, place the fish on top, sprinkle with sake, cover with cling film, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

    Julienne the shiso leaves and place them on top, then drizzle with ponzu sauce and serve.
