Chicken Curry Pilaf
An easy curry pilaf made in a rice cooker. The rich flavour of chicken breast and vegetables soaks into the rice.

Chicken breast (skinless)100g
Onion1/4
Carrot1/4
Sweetcorn (tinned)30g
Curry powder2 tsp
Consommé powder1 tsp
Salt1/4 tsp
Instructions

Rinse the rice, soak for 30 minutes, then drain.

Dice the chicken breast into small pieces, and finely chop the onion and carrot.

Place the rice, curry powder, consommé powder, and salt into the rice cooker. Add water up to the 1-go mark and mix.

Place the chicken, onion, carrot, and sweetcorn on top, then cook in the rice cooker.

Once cooked, lightly mix everything together.
