Japanese-Style Chicken Tenderloin and Tofu Gratin
A Japanese-style gratin baked with chicken tenderloin and tofu, topped with low-fat cheese. A high-protein treat.

Boil the chicken tenderloin and shred it finely. Drain the tofu and crumble it.

Dissolve the miso paste and potato starch in the soya milk. Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 and a half minutes to create a white sauce-like consistency.

Place the chicken tenderloin and tofu in an ovenproof dish, pour over the sauce, and top with the cheese.

Grill for 7-8 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
