Ingredients

Chicken Tenderloin2 pieces (approx. 120g)
Silken Tofu1/2 block (150g)
Low-Fat Cheese30g
Miso Paste1/2 tbsp
Unsweetened Soya Milk100ml
Potato Starch1 tsp

Instructions

    Boil the chicken tenderloin and shred it finely. Drain the tofu and crumble it.

    Dissolve the miso paste and potato starch in the soya milk. Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 and a half minutes to create a white sauce-like consistency.

    Place the chicken tenderloin and tofu in an ovenproof dish, pour over the sauce, and top with the cheese.

    Grill for 7-8 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
