Wrap the tarako in aluminium foil, grill in a toaster oven for about 7 minutes, then flake it.

Make scrambled egg in a non-stick pan.

Place the cooked rice in a donburi bowl and top with the grilled tarako and scrambled egg.

Scatter with shredded shiso leaves and shredded nori, and drizzle with soy sauce to finish.
