Ingredients

Thinly sliced beef thigh80g
Cooked rice1 serving (200g)
Ginger1 knob
Soy sauce1.5 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Sake1 tbsp
Red pickled gingerA little

Instructions

    Julienne the ginger and cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.

    In a pot, add the sake, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger, and bring to a boil.

    Add the beef, skimming off any scum, and simmer over a medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.

    Serve the Shigure-ni over the cooked rice, garnish with red pickled ginger, and serve.
