Seared Bonito100g
Cooked Rice1 serving (200g)
Ponzu Sauce1.5 tbsp
Shiso Leaves3 leaves
Grated Ginger1 tsp
Japanese Ginger (Myoga)1/2 piece

Instructions

    Slice the seared bonito into 5mm thick pieces.

    Julienne the shiso leaves and thinly slice the Japanese ginger.

    Place the cooked rice in a donburi bowl and arrange the seared bonito on top.
