Ingredients

White fish fillet (such as cod)1 piece (100g)
Nagaimo (Japanese mountain yam)80g
Cooked rice1 serving (200g)
Dashi stock2 tbsp
Soy sauce2 tsp
Shredded nori seaweedAs desired

Instructions

    Sprinkle salt on the white fish, place it on a heatproof dish, cover with cling film, and steam in a microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

    Grate the nagaimo, then mix it with the dashi stock and soy sauce to make the tororo sauce.

    Serve the cooked rice in a donburi bowl, then flake the steamed white fish and place it on top.
