Ingredients

Chicken Tenderloin2 pieces (100g)
Cooked Rice1 serving (200g)
Spring Onion1/3 piece
Salt1/4 tsp
Sesame Oil1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice1 tsp

Instructions

    Remove the sinews from the chicken tenderloin, sprinkle with sake, wrap in cling film, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 and a half minutes.

    Finely chop the spring onion, then mix with salt, sesame oil, and lemon juice to make the spring onion and salt sauce.

    Shred the steamed chicken tenderloin by hand and serve on top of the cooked rice.

    Drizzle generously with the spring onion and salt sauce. Serve immediately.
