Sweet and Sour Chicken Patties

Ingredients

Chicken breast mince200g
Onion1/4
Breadcrumbs2 tbsp
Vinegar2 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Potato starch1 tsp

Instructions

    Finely chop the onion, microwave it, and let it cool.

    Mix and knead the mince, onion, breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt, then shape into patties.

    Cook both sides in a non-stick pan, then cover with a lid and steam-fry over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan.

    Bring the vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and 50ml water to a boil, then thicken with a potato starch slurry to make the sweet and sour sauce.

    Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the patties and serve.
