Ingredients

Chicken breast mince200g
Onion1/4
Breadcrumbs2 tbsp
Dashi stock150ml
Soy sauce and mirin1 tbsp each
Potato starch1 tsp
Spring oniona little

Instructions

    Finely chop the onion, microwave, and allow to cool.

    Combine the mince, onion, breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt. Mix well, knead, and shape into patties.

    Brown both sides of the patties in a non-stick pan. Cover and steam-fry over a low heat for 5 minutes, then remove.

    Heat the dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin in a saucepan. Thicken with a potato starch slurry.

    Pour the sauce over the patties, scatter with spring onion, and serve.
