Spinach1/2 bunch
Dashi stock100ml
Soy sauce2 tsp
Mirin1 tsp
Instructions

Boil the spinach in plenty of water until tender.

Transfer to cold water and squeeze out the excess water thoroughly.

Cut into 3cm lengths and soak in the combined dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin.

Allow the flavours to infuse for about 10 minutes, then serve.
