Ingredients

Salmon fillets2 fillets (approx. 200g)
Sake2 tbsp
Salt1/2 tsp
Mirin1 tsp

Instructions

    Place the salmon in a heatproof dish, sprinkle with sake, cover with cling film, and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes.

    Remove the skin and bones.

    Transfer to a frying pan and flake finely with chopsticks while sautéing.

    Season with salt and mirin, and cook until the moisture has evaporated.
