Dashi Stock100ml
Soy Sauce1 tbsp

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and pour boiling water over them to remove any fishy odour.

In a pot, bring the dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin to a boil, then add the salmon.

Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the grated daikon radish.

Bring to a quick boil and it's done.
