Ingredients

Raw Salmon Fillet1 slice (approx. 100g)
SaltA pinch
Grated Daikon RadishTo taste
Soy SauceA little

Instructions

    Sprinkle salt on the salmon and leave for 10 minutes, then pat dry any moisture that comes out.

    Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat, then cook the salmon skin-side down.

    After 3-4 minutes, flip the salmon over and cook for another 3 minutes.

    Serve with grated daikon radish and a little soy sauce.
