Ingredients

Sea Bream fillets2 slices (approx. 200g)
Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Mirin2 tbsp
Sake2 tbsp
Sugar1/2 tbsp
Water80ml

Instructions

    Pour boiling water over the sea bream to blanch, then pat dry.

    In a pot, bring the water, sake, mirin, and sugar to a boil, then add the sea bream.

    Add the soy sauce, place a drop lid on top, and simmer for 15 minutes over a low heat.

    Turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
