Ingredients

Koya Tofu2 pieces
Dashi broth300ml
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Mirin1 tbsp

Instructions

    Rehydrate the Koya Tofu in lukewarm water and squeeze out excess water.

    Cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Add the soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to the dashi broth, then add the Koya Tofu and simmer.

    Simmer over a low heat for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to absorb.
