Ingredients

Skinless chicken breast150g
Daikon radish5cm (approx. 150g)
Napa cabbage2 leaves
Spring onion1/2 stalk
Water600ml
Chicken stock powder2 tsp
Salt1/2 tsp
Yuzu juice1 tbsp
Yuzu zesta little

Instructions

    Thinly slice the chicken breast diagonally. Thinly slice the daikon radish into ginkgo leaf shapes. Roughly chop the napa cabbage. Diagonally slice the spring onion.

    Add the water, chicken stock powder, and salt to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

    Add the daikon radish first and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the chicken, napa cabbage, and spring onion.

    Once the chicken is cooked through, add the yuzu juice.

    Serve in bowls and scatter with yuzu zest.
