Ingredients

Chicken Tenders3 pieces (approx. 180g)
Napa Cabbage2 leaves
Leek1/2 stalk
Carrot1/4
Silken Tofu1/4 block
Water600ml
Chicken Stock Granules2 tsp
Salt1/2 tsp
Sake1 tbsp

Instructions

    Remove the sinews from the chicken tenders and slice into bite-sized pieces.

    Add the chicken stock granules, salt, and sake to the water and bring to a boil over medium heat.

    Add the roughly chopped napa cabbage, diagonally sliced leek, and thinly sliced carrot to the pot.

    Add the chicken tenders and simmer, skimming off any scum.

    Add the tofu and simmer for 2-3 minutes until done.
