Ingredients

Chicken breast (skinless)120g
Silken tofu1/3 block
Grated daikon radish150g
Napa cabbage2 leaves
Dashi stock500ml
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Mirin1 tbsp

Instructions

    Slice the chicken breast thinly.

    Add the soy sauce and mirin to the dashi stock, then place the pot over a medium heat.

    Add the roughly chopped napa cabbage and chicken, and simmer until cooked through.

    Cut the tofu into large pieces and add to the pot. Once warmed through, top generously with grated daikon radish.

    Once the grated daikon radish is warmed, it's ready to serve.
