Glutinous Rice Flour100g
Water80ml
Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Sugar2 tbsp
Potato Starch1 tbsp

Instructions

    Gradually add water to the glutinous rice flour and knead until it reaches the softness of an earlobe.

    Roll into bite-sized balls and boil. Once they float, transfer them to ice water.

    In a saucepan, add soy sauce, sugar, potato starch, and 50ml water, then heat until thickened.

    Skewer the dango dumplings, pour the sauce over them and serve.
