Ingredients

Unsweetened soy milk200ml
Sugar1.5 tbsp
Powdered gelatine5g
Kinako (roasted soybean flour)a little
Kuromitsu (Japanese black sugar syrup)a little

Instructions

    Warm the soy milk and dissolve the sugar and gelatine.

    Pour into containers and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.

  3. 3

    Top with kinako and kuromitsu. Serve.
