Water200ml
Sugar1 tbsp
Kinako (roasted soybean flour)1 tbsp
Kuromitsu (black sugar syrup)to taste
Instructions

Put the potato starch, water, and sugar into a saucepan and mix well.

Place over a medium heat and stir continuously with a wooden spoon until it becomes translucent.

Pour into a water-moistened container and cool in cold water.

Cut into bite-sized pieces, then sprinkle with kinako and drizzle with kuromitsu. Serve.
