Ingredients

Joshinko Rice Flour80g
Water70ml
Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Sugar2 tbsp
Potato Starch1 tbsp
Water (for sauce)80ml

Instructions

    Add water to the joshinko rice flour and knead, then roll into small balls.

    Boil in boiling water, and once they float to the surface, remove them.

    Skewer them and lightly toast in a toaster.

    Combine the soy sauce, sugar, water, and potato starch in a saucepan, heat until thickened, then pour over the dumplings.
